Notice I didn’t say spend 4 hours in the gym, walk and run 7 days a week, eat kale and boiled Tofu! I said take IMMEDIATE ACTION. Walk today! Put down the Tim Tams, make small, manageable, achievable changes. Be consistently good, not PERFECT!
Do this consistently. Start so small it frustrates you, because guess what happens next?
What you do a little, you will soon start to do a lot. To quote Dr Seuss “Inch by inch it’s a cinch. Yard by yard it’s hard”.
Consistency breeds motivation, it happens organically.
Motivation breeds MOMENTUM! And as the law of physics states, mass x velocity = momentum! I’m basically saying you are mass ( in a delicate way ) if you take immediate action you will create velocity. Mass x Velocity = Momentum. Physics also states when an object is at rest IT’S AT REST ( just like in the colder months).
TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION
Do anything, truly anything you enjoy to get yourself moving a bit more during the day. Make a choice to start, however that looks for you, it could be getting advice from a trainer, a gym, a nutritionist or a training buddy. Just be consistent with your choices.
Consistency breeds Motivation, and my good friend motivation creates MOMENTUM.
