We must do what others WONT DO

There is an abundance of media/ society promoting habits that a super bad for us. Alcohol, chemical altered foods, overeating, overspending, crunchy sugar free, fat free, vegan rainbow coloured egg free cereal with Loins Mane.

To be healthy in both mind & body we need to go in the opposite direction meaning, look which way the masses go, and go the other way.

CHALLENGING THOUGH I KNOW

Considering most of us bury our heads in the sand from, shiny things, greasy things, GF, DF, EGG FREE, hydrogenated fat free desserts, Friday / Saturday night drinks with legends, and the Vegas slot machine like flashing lights of social media.

Zigging when most people around you love the “Zag” is a solitary journey for some. Lifting heavy things sometimes, leaning into the non-quitting endurance environment, continuing to be active when every cell in your body tells you to quit is a really great start.

Eating our greens, not grains, sleeping not stressing, being passive more and not partying, going to bed early, avoiding alcohol & drugs, and moving and stimulating your psychology and physiology.

Choose not to do this in 2022 and it’s more than likely if not now, yet soon, you will gently slide into an even more sedentary lifestyle filled with f$&k loads of calories and a shit load of sickness. And if you have read this far; unless I’ve written something that’s made your body and mind go, “I need to change something” then I have your attention!

REAL CHANGE STARTS WITH STRUCTURE Goals are great, although that’s the easy part. Write down the process to get to said goal, and stick it out. Lean into the challenge when almost everyone else leans out. Find a healthy daily routine, write it down, formulate the structure with someone to hold you accountable, and do it, force yourself to do it
