REASON ONE - EXCUSES

Excuses are like arseholes, everyone has one. And your scared, you are a pussy! Said with love, to make you aware of what is written next. Because I’ve been a pussy too! We hide behind little niggles, a minor injury that TOTALLY changes the course of our health commitments. We hide behind the excuse of how time poor we are, “I just can’t find the time” ... The truth is we just don’t value it enough, as the things we do value we invest our attention and time.

WHAT TO DO ABOUT EXCUSES:

Well like arseholes, wipe them, clear them. Tidy that shit up. Take responsibility first. By doing that, you can become aware of your excuses, and you can challenge them with a greater level of insight. Responsibility is your ability to respond to your bullshit excuses.

 

REASON TWO - BLAME

You don’t have the courage or vulnerability to lean IN and take ownership of what’s taking your attention away from consistent healthy lifestyle choices.

When we blame EVERYTHING, something, ANYONE, or everyone for our issues in life it victimises us. Don’t want to be a victim THEN DONT BLAME everything, somethings, anyone or everyone, take ownership. When you Blame, you become a victim, and when you become a victim, you give your power away, and when you give your power away, your inner fire simmers down. So what do we do? We look for the best way to fan a dying flame e.g Alcohol, drugs, excess food, sugar, or any other symptom to caress our victimhoods.

WHAT TO DO ABOUT BLAME:

Take ownership of everything, EVERYTHING in your world. When you take ownership and responsibility of all of your actions and behaviours you take back your control and start levelling up your life. Only you can create the change you want in your world.

 

REASON THREE DENIAL –

You deny the above two reasons and deny the fact you have 5 fiths of f$&k all self discipline for whatever reason. You may have a non supportive partner, workplace, community, friendship circle etc, yet it’s you denying the issue or lack of self discipline.
